I tried the Erenshor demo last weekend. Seems right up my alley for a casual old school mmo feel. I didn’t realize I could mod it so those QoL mods you mentioned Chimney I’ll have to try out thanks.

Scrap it and just start on Destiny 3 (or whatever the next fps is with that sweet smooth gunplay). Make it all solo or co-op with a great story, no pvp garbage, no live service, just a FPS RPG please and print money for yourselves.

I bought Nightreign on sale a while back and have never played it. Got distracted by arc raiders. Is it worth it duo? I’m sure it will feel like a letdown no matter what after the gem of game that arc ended up being for me.

Every time I launch the new map my guy can’t move and opening the menu is some weird overlay with no background. If I force close the game and relaunch (and reconnect to my current raid) it then works fine until the next raid. Anyone else seeing this? I’ve only ever had it happen once before...

Anyone buy the deluxe edition for early access today? Curious to hear thoughts. Is it better/worse/same as Returnal in your opinion?

I’m confused too. They want the purple and yellow weapons to be better so they marginally increased the durability (10%) but also decided to destroy lower tiers with a 75% durability nerf. It’s insane they went to this as the answer. Why not just buff the rarer weapon durability 50% or whatever...

Update is not great. New map is cool, but they severely nerfed weapon durability. The cloak duration has also been significantly reduced and you can’t even really run out of aggro range before the battery is depleted. Some good new content in the patch, but these nerfs just take the fun out of it.

Is it worth it though? I’ve tried it twice and only ever found the assessor cores or whatever they are called. They do nothing in game except for the project that expires in a few days and the don’t even stack in the stash. I guess there is the Dolabra BP, but who are we kidding I’m never going...

I hope some of these changes are a toggle ability. The repopulated areas does not appeal to me and once I liberate an area, I want it to stay liberated. Hopefully it’s an optional thing in the settings.

So what are the top 5 blueprints to keep an eye out for then as a pve player? I assume the looting mk3 survivor is on the list, so what else is top tier? I have over 1000 seeds saved up so could probably trade for a handful of decent bps.

Running hurricane maps trying to race to first wave caches for blueprints sucks. That’s all. Edit: maybe posting helped. First run after doing so I found a cache and got tempest BP. I’ve heard everyone talking about canto, but I’m assuming this is good? I’m so new still I have no clue.

Pro + lg c4 here and it’s been 100% worth the money. Games look so incredibly good and run smoothly. Got a killer Pro deal around the holidays which made it even better

I wish. My switch 2 is docked 99.9% of the time. Would have been nice to pay $200 instead of $500 or whatever the numbers ended up being.

Is looting mk3 survivor the best blueprint overall? I loaded into Stella naked seeing if I could get lucky and managed a Tactical Mk. 3 (Revival) BP. I thought it was the one until I got back to base and looked closer. I’m still new to the game and have only been playing about 2 weeks.

This could quite possibly be the greatest game ever made, we just don’t realize it yet.

This game is intriguing. Looks like a janky BotW meets Witcher with extra exploration and less story. Assuming a few patches will smooth out bugs and controls and I’ll dive in. I’m too addicted to Arc Raiders right now anyways to try and take on a massive single player open world rpg.

If exploration is fun and a key high point of the game, I might give it a shot. Why do the bushes and trees always look like it’s a hurricane though? That’s got to be distracting with them blowing all directions like crazy all the time.

One big UI problem example is some items have the exact same icon and symbols but when you mouse over them the pop text explains very different things they do or different stats. Is that how it is in Arc Raiders too, and that’s why you don’t think the UI is that bad?

Not sure if it's been posted here, but you can help with the terrible sluggish controls a bit by tweaking the settings. FoV 105, look sensitivity 5, radial and axial dead zones 0.2. Not perfect, but it feels a lot better to me and was pretty comfortable to settle into after Destiny controls...

Do shells ever level up and get better/new abilities or increased stats? I’ve yet to find any shells specific loot, but I’d assume that’s how your character evolves and until then you can play any shell that fits your playstyle interchangeably?

Never played arc raiders so can’t really compare them, but just put in 3+ hours on Marathon. Solo que normal shells, haven’t tried rook yet. Only ever saw 2 runners in all my matches. One ignored me (my first match after tutorial so I was too scared to try and shoot him), the other killed me...

I’m turning off game updates. I’m enjoying the game a ton right now as is. I don’t want my mage nerfed. Maybe I’ll change my mind once I get super OP, but I’m taking my sweet time with this one so far and am 38 hours in and still in act 1.

FF12 is so good. One of my favorite FFs ever only behind 3(6) on the snes and maybe the original ff7. Currently loving Tainted Grail and it’s an eating up all my playtime.

Unlooted corpse indicators would be nice. Any corpse that doesn’t fall dead right at your feet can be very difficult to find. I don’t think it will happen though. The game went with minimalistic/nonexistent assistance indicators, which overall I really like.
