A couple of things: With mileage like that, it's a virtually new bike. Keep the oil clean, do the maintenance, and those things will go 300K miles. Find a guy. A good guy. One who does BMW bikes for a living. He'll let you watch him do the maintenance. After one time, you'll do your...

How many miles? It's a very nice bike. Comfortable, peppy enough for just about anyone, light enough to be an every day rider. Good mileage. If you're used to a more Harley style sitting position it will take you a while to get used to driving this, but in the end, you'll like it better...

I don't know if this is a nude one, but it has potential. An oddly high number of curling women are hot. http://www.thecommunityfundraiser.co..._calendar.html

I've been mighty happy with my tourmaster jacket/matching pants. Warm, but with lots of vents, so you can wear them in warm weather, too. http://www.amazon.com/Tourmaster-Tra...otorcycle+suit

3 way switches are magic. I have the intellectual knowledge of how they work. I have wired them. I can make them work. Really, they decide on their own if they work, though. You made a switch into a 3 way switch? You're a genius. (That's the point of this post.)

Yeah, flash freezing is important, and yeah, it's bloody hard to get non-frozen fish in most of the country. I wish I lived on the coast sometimes. Then I remember property prices on the coast, and I like where I live.

That's the hard truth. People are trying to market "organic" food to those who are into the idea. Expensive shit that is the same as anything else. That's not quite what I'm talking about, though. I'm talking about true, farm-fresh produce, meat, and eggs. That's what I have access too. I...

There may be an issue of training and opportunity, too. Having worked as a chef in very high-end restaurants in Toronto, I have experienced the very best cuts of meat very often. As with wine, if you become accustomed to very good, well crafted wines, it is hard to go to the cheap stuff...

Would you ever cheat on your other half?

Don't cheat. A couple hours of fun is not a good enough reason to irrevocably change your life.

Say what you like. I can taste a difference, and I've had both fresh and frozen on my plate at the same time. I could tell you which was which. Perhaps this is my superpower. I've been trying to figure out what my superpower is, after all. I'm "fresh meat man."

Actually, no. Nothing you just said is true. The process of freezing and thawing pork subtly changes the texture of the meat. I can, with no doubt in my mind, tell the difference between pork chops that have been frozen, and those that haven't. But whatever. Enjoy your frozen meat...

Last night I procured some fresh, never frozen, local, organic pork chops. Good and thick. Just seasoned them, seared them in a hot pan, finished them in the oven. They were a thing of beauty. Good meat can make any meal spectacular. The difference between fresh/frozen and organic/steroid...

Interesting. I helped a friend with some work, he had a Rigid drill much like that you posted. I thought it was complete crap - heavy, little torque, and terrible battery life. I gladly went back to my deWalt drill set, thinking them superior in every way. I wonder if I just got a good...

With any kind of red meat, you usually rest it twice as long as you cook it. With poultry, like turkey, you rest it as long as you cook it. Seriously. Cook a turkey for 2 hours, rest it for 2 hours. Never dry that way. But with steaks, if you cut it, and it bleeds all over your cutting...
