I think I know the bread he's talking about, as I used to buy it, too. It tastes decent enough, as well. You can find normal sandwich slices of white bread for 80 calories a slice, and they go as low as 40 - 60 calories a slice if you get the super "healthy" brands.

The lowest I can go with my burgers is medium, and I tend to prefer medium-well. A little bit of pink in the center of a burger is alright, but I think it just tastes/feels disgusting when it's basically a pile of raw ground beef. It's not at all like eating a medium-rare steak.

It's not about sharing goals. The upright row is a garbage exercise because it can really fuck up your shoulders. You find people recommending against doing upright rows all over the place for that very reason.

I used to have that problem. Last year I hurt my lower back shoveling snow with a trash can so I started doing stretches/yoga as a way to rehab it, and a nice, unintended side effect of that was I found myself able to go a lot deeper during squats.
