Yeah, there are a couple of legit places here in Walmart Land. Here are a few links. https://goo.gl/maps/4NHx1vpQwiSeWEKh8 https://goo.gl/maps/UE4CorJyqu9VEjNJ8 https://www.google.com/maps/@36.3930594,-94.3332234,538m/data=!3m1!1e3 I'm sure there are plenty more around. Constant reminders that...

I think you are right about load bearing, especially the one in the center of the room. This house was built in 2003.

The house I bought in AR is nearly 3850 square feet but that includes a 26x14 bonus room above the garage. Projector room in progress. I could get pics of that, but it's very in progress. As for wasted space, the main entry area of this house is quite large. It came in handy during...

Have you considered a shop instead of adding that kind room to your house? That way, when you go to sell, the potential owner can use it however they wish. Old picture of my gym setup as I was getting it unpacked last summer.

Wow, you got them to bite with just the 'fridge thrown in? I got a $5k lawnmower and a $9k pool table as the counter to my home inspection, and I still ended up with $4k in receipts of things that I wanted fixed in the inspection! You got off easy, or the place was in really, really good...

55 to 65" tv for my shop office area. I already have an oled and projector in the house. What should I get? Viewing distance is short, like 5-7 ft.

Their reputation is only going down at this rate. I was a fanboy, now I don't fucking care. Then again they already got their money out of me, what, with my 600 game digital library I guess they don't care if they get any more out of me.

What Rocket Mortgage quoted me was beaten soundly by a regional bank - Regions bank. It was like 3.6% for a 30 fixed vs 2.85%. Wasn't even close. This was a year ago. Not a refi, but shop around.

Oh. I thought you had the 256gb model for that price. I'll think about it, but $280 for a $299 thing isn't what I had in mind!

I'll offer $280 plus some part of shipping. Call it an even $300? I assume this is the 256gb model.

On a scale of 1-10, how sweaty are you, and those who use it often? Shipping might be less with one of those flat rate boxes. Do any of these come close? Flat Rate | USPS.com

Maybe. What do you have to sell, and what do you want for it all?

No, I don't know what school district you're aiming for. I asked which side of town you're looking at. I am offering to take a look at what you're looking for and see if I see anything interesting. If you're not interested, fine. You're not fact checking me very well. I am not within any city...

Look at the density per zip code. There are multiple zip codes for most towns. That's where I pulled my data from that you are now laughing at. It's linked above in the 72736 link. Downtown Gravette doesn't apply to me like downtown Bentonville doesn't apply. It takes me 15 to 20 minutes to get...

@Araysar I'm rural. I'm not in the city limits of Gravette, Centerton, Bentonville, or anywhere else. I don't vote for a mayor on my ballot. My zip code is that of Gravette. If you're thinking about school districts, use the Trulia feature to see where the school boundaries are. You can see that...

http://www.city-data.com/zips/72736.html Use the school district search on Trulia. You're acting like I just didn't uproot my family of 5 and move 2,000 miles from CA recently. I did my homework. If you want tips let me know. I'm on Discord too. Cenus block view on city-data. Mine is in yellow.

Nah. It's the school district that contains the Walmart HQ. Infinite money. What side of Louisville do you want to be on? What's the general town that you want to be near? Edit: I mean shit like this is nearby. I'm guessing your wife's job is in Louisville itself, but could you be in IN...

Sucks to be you. 78 people per square mile supremacy. While being in the best school district in the state. But yeah go ahead and suburb it up in fucking Kentucky.

No. I don't think it's worthless. Short, sure, but not worthless. Why would you go from CA density to high density in KY?! Take advantage of one of the prime things that states like KY offer. SPACE!

You want more land than that if you’re going to KY.

The PS store is SO FUCKING BAD. I hope dozens of people get fired over this shit. HORRIBLE.

I went ahead and used them. Cost me nearly $150 to do it all myself. Just a few years ago I was paying someone $200 to do it! I had to get a version upgrade because I lived and worked in two states. Then it's $36 (which is discounted from $44) per state to file. Plus audit protection. Christ...

Isn’t hrblock just as bad as TurboTax?

Creditkarma won't do state taxes for me this year, as I lived and worked in two different states. I don't want to use turbo tax. What do?

Think of copper like a giant egg shell. It’s thicker in some places but there’s a band that typically exists much wider than what you’re seeing on the surface.

Harpooning sea serpents and braving the leviathans to get barnacles is really fun.

Lots of desynch issues after today's patch.

I don't even want one anymore. Fuck them. I'll wait until the pro edition, or at least a reasonable solution to more storage, comes out.

The raft exists for your first cross-ocean corpse recovery run so that you learn that yes, leeches exist in the game and that no, if you're on a fucking raft at that point in the game it's certain death.

... why did you do that? A few tips to help those who are sailing. #1 you don't have to hold W, ever. There are three speeds, and they operates differently depending on which boat you're in and where the wind is. Click W once and you are paddling. You will see an indicator that has one tick...

I'm playing this with my two older kids (15 & 10) and it's a blast. The 10 year old is holding up surprisingly well, but she learned about kiting people from playing some kind of capture the flag game in Roblox. She can even jump bow kite, but it's more like she just jumps all the time from...

My wife decided to test out the steel front bumper by taking out a stop sign and a country fence post. Her first time driving on ice. Looks like the bumper has paid for itself already.

I bought a grip of Lenovo Legion Y540s for my kids. There's a pretty decent sale at the moment. $899 marked down from $1299. https://www.walmart.com/ip/Lenovo-Y540-15-15-6-FHD-Intel-Core-i7-9750H-NVIDIA-GeForce-RTX-2060-16GB-RAM-512GB-SSD-Black-Windows-10-81SX015GUS/921861606

Why don't they let you pick options? When I was looking up here over the summer the new construction that I was interested in let you pick all kinds of shit. This neighborhood. Nothing for sale now that I can see. They had seriously 20-25 houses for sale back in June. 810 Flat Head Cv...

Congrats. A friend of mine from CA landed in Leander in October. He's good people - I coached with him for a few years. Not EVERYONE from CA is lost.

Throw marshmallows (the biggest you can buy) on her roof during the hottest part of summer.

Eagle dropped it's breakfast about 200 ft behind me yesterday. @Foler does this mean it's happening?!

Now you have an excuse to get an awesome ladder. Gorilla Ladders 23 ft. Reach MPXT Aluminum Multi-Position Ladder with Project Top, 375 lbs. Load Capacity Type IAA Duty Rating-GLMPXT-23 - The Home Depot

I got it on Switch over the winter break. It needs more depth.

Ask the realtor who his recommended lender is. That got me with a local place that beat the big guys by quite a bit.
