So I moved back home in 2014 to help take care of family. 6 years later I went back to Nashville for a visit. Where my sister lives they had replaced a 4 way light with a roundabout. Hardly any streetlights - I almost launched over it in the dark.

Back in '73 when we moved into our house someone here tried to start a HOA. No one in the neighborhood was interested and my Dad said he wouldnt join if they started one. Flash forward to today and I am probably the last resident of the original neighborhood left. Still no H OA.
