I can't remember the last Bioware game you could heavily mod. The Mass Effect series was reduced to cosmetic mods and that's it (textures, hair, etc.), same with DA:O and I can't speak on DA2 for modding. Why Frostbite specifically doesn't allow much, I have no clue.

Eh, I got DS1 on PC and enjoyed it with the better graphics and frame rate, I just didn't like the hackers. On 360/PS3 you can have 99 of each item or hacked items, but no hacked spells and silly shit like on PC. It's a much more authentic experience I think.
