I have it downloaded for the ps4, but then again, I had it preordered. It came up for me at around 12:30am est. It was definitely an odd process. When it came up, I had to go to the psn and "repurchase" it again for free. After that, it started downloading.

Just contact their support and tell them you never got the promo code. I did that and they gave me a code on the spot.

I got Knack, Killzone, and Assassin Creed on amazon. I never got the email with the code, but I talked to cs, and they gave me the buy one get one code. I did not preorder any games until I found out about the promo today; so those that didn't get an email, try contacting their customer support.
