Yeah hub is designed for multiplayer. Stuff will scale down for solo but it will have more health and deal more damage than village.

IIRC there was an initial nerf to M'uru specifically then Blizzard did a nerf to all Sunwell bosses after that, so M'uru got double nerfed essentially. Think the OG FoH WoW guild took us around 400 attempts pre nerf but hey we got it!

Yeah this is pretty great so far. I was reading that the studio was created specifically to animate this series, every episode just looks so good.

Personally it helps that I skipped stuff like Ghosts of Tsushima and God of War. Yakuza 7 is also getting a patch next month, plus a couple of other JRPG games that have PS5 improvements.
