Season 1 wasn't holy shit bad the way WoT or LotR was but that's not exactly a high hurdle to clear. I'm sure I'll eventually get around to watching this which I won't for the other shows I mentioned.
People just showing their age with the Majors vs Gosling thing. I enjoyed Six Million Dollar Man and Fall Guy as a kid just fine, but that's just a stupid take.
I mean he's 27 now. He's also 4th in the league in usage rate. Luka is 1st in usage by a big margin. So not really shocking that he had to leave to become what he is right now.
I feel like a lot of it has to do with how much more successful the surgeries are now. That and how much shorter the recovery time is now. At some point you'll start having people doing it electively to get that 2-3 MPH and 200 spin increase.
Yeah dude just isn't efficient enough to be in the top tier. Obviously stats aren't everything, but they do matter. Look at VORP. The difference between 1 and 3 (Jokic and Gianis) is the same gap as 3 and 17. That's crazy.
You can argue he might already be better than Booker which would make him the best 2 guard in the league. But he's not Jordan or the best player in the league. That's just stupid.
I think that the only one of these live action remakes I've ever watched is Jungle Book. I honestly don't really remember much about it specifically which I guess is the real issue. None of these movies are particularly memorable. They might not be actual dogshit, but they also don't really...
I mean the original is pretty much a trash tier B movie that ended up with a way better cast and direction than is reasonable. As much as Jake Gyllenhaal is a solid actor, this has like no other redeeming qualities.
We had a dude that had like 2k points of eldar spirit shit that was all like pastel pinks and blues that was actually really well painted. His main army was Chaos Space Marines though.
