PVP is broken beyond description. It was never really a part of the game and added as an afterthought initially. There has never been any work done to balance PVP in any way.

LOL.. I did a stupid thing.. Bought the expansion physical copy because I saved $15 from Amazon.. Then remembered (too late) that I don't have a DVD drive in my laptop out here in the sand.. Bought a DVD drive ($20).. Yep.. spent $5 more than necessary. The money doesn't matter.. I'm just dumb.

Finished it.. Got the shitty ending. Playing through the DLC now, and then I'm going to play it again. Says a lot about how engaging it all is.. Going to play Horizon Zero Dawn again too. These two are easily the best games to come out in 5 years IMO.

I still play this a few hours a month. To me it's a nice time sink away from other games for a bit. I'm enjoying the random exploration aspects.. It might not be for everyone, but I'm getting out of it kinda what I expected.

Great game but man they need to put a designer on boss fights. Most of them were boring. The final fight felt un-epic as hell. I LOVED the game as a whole though, and can't wait for the DLC.

I played it through the story mode, and felt no compelling reason to give them money. I liked what I saw but just not excited to keep playing.

After Battlefront 1, there's no way in hell I'd buy 2.

I'm in the same boat. I'm giving this UAV gig a few years to build up a nest egg, and then I'm going looking for options.

They just hired Akil Hooper and Kevin McPherson.. Akil was Creative Director for a little while on EQ/EQ2 and is an INCREDIBLY talented guy.. McP is just a coding wizard.. So much of the good in the PS2 and H1Z1 engine came from McP.. These are both very very good hires IMO.
