Looked up all the parts from the Maingear pre-made ( and I swapped some they allowed, like the cpu and power). $2500 ordered separately and built at home or $3200 ordered ready to go. Big delta.

I second this. Impartial third parties are almost always cleaner and safer. Wills are cheap ( under a grand) and trusts usually aren’t necessary unless you have complicated assets or beneficiaries. Or, you’re over the estate tax exemption limit.

150 from the OEM means 120 real world. 250 estimate means 200 real works. Immediately take 20% the OEM estimates for range and you're there (except Tesla, who can hit 85-90% sometimes). Its pretty trash mileage unless you really only live, work, and commute in a small radius. Same size/cost ICE...
