    Routers & Other Networking Stuff

Nah not that bad lol. Won't need more than a 24 port switch at max. I'm just trying to plan ahead for more than I need in case my needs increase. That's all. I've been told the cost increase is minimal for the increased drops up to a point.

I think that is good idea. I just want a cleaner solution than a switch at every location. It really all depends on how expensive the drops are.

I'll eventually be setting up a home lab too. May as well wire for more than I need then have to have more drops...

    Routers & Other Networking Stuff

I was gonna get 4 drops each at each TV location and the office area. The. 2 drops in each of the 3 bedrooms. So that's 18. Plus maybe 3 for cameras. I was looking at ubiquiti's 24 port poe switch. Is that overkill? Ubiquiti UniFi Switch - 24 Ports Managed (US-24-250W)...

    Routers & Other Networking Stuff

Looking to build out my network at home after I get my house all wired up with Cat 6a. I want to have a managed switch/router combo, gigabit on all ports and poe+ for when I add cameras. Ideally, I'd like a CLI to manage them on rather than a web interface. I'd probably want to run a couple of...

Straight on the difference isn't that bad if you have perfect posture and never veer out of the sweet spot. Otherwise, IPS it is.

Is the Democratic party still a relevant political party?

Calm down, Keg. This is just the pendulum swinging back the other way. We really need a centrist, common sense party. The only ones who can get anything done.

    Mouse recommendations

I just got the Steelseries Rival 500 MMO mouse and first impressions are it's better than the Logitech G600 mouse it replaced. Feels good in the hand. Nice button placement. Little pricey at 79.99 but had what I wanted for features.

    Nintendo Switch (previously NX)

I'm guessing each controller has to have some kind of battery to be able to be used apart from the tablet right? Bluetooth or something that requires power. Maybe they augment the tablet battery when attached? All in all, it looks pretty solid. I won't have to buy 3DS games and console games...

Guess I will be in the market for a 1070 soon. Just bought a dell u3415w ultrawide on impulse. The microsoft store in chandler had it on sale for $799 but I got them to price match Best Buy for $649 and give me a 10% student discount on top if it. Too good to pass up. I have ascended to the...

The pixel has higher specs than the S7 edge in every way. They have the same size screen and resolution. I'm sure the S7 edge has a better screen though. But USB C vs MicroUSB is another plus for the pixel. The S7 edge wins in design, wireless charging, and water proofing.

Who will be the next owners of EQ?

No one with a brain has run this company for a very long time. I just wish they'd sell the EQ ip to a competent team and be done with it. This slow death spiral is dumb.

After much deliberation, I'm returning the Note 7. The hardware is phenomenal. The software is severely lacking. Ok, one week review of the Note 7 as compared to my iPhone 6s. Speedwise, the nod definitely goes to the iPhone. General usage is snappier when opening apps and such. I notice the Note lag at times during general swiping and launching apps. The Note takes the nod in multitasking. Being able...

Cyberpower does a decent job with their builds. And honestly, that is not a terrible markup to have it put together for you. They even do decent cable management and provide some warranty. Just make sure they give you decent components and not some cut rate shit.
