    Progressive overload. Whether you're increasing reps, weight, or intensity, you should be moving forward each workout. And this is why I do 5/3/1, because it's a good mix of high reps and pushing maxes.

    As far as I know, no. The weight is being loaded onto the platform and that force is being transferred to your body. The only thing that will affect you is leg position, so legs low is more quad dominant, legs high will recruit glutes and hammies.

    Yeah you're not 7%. Like Elurin said, closer to 15-16% as I don't see any abdominal definition, although it does vary from person to person. I know I'm probably 13-14% as I have a six pack as long as I don't bloat myself, looking to get down to 10% by August (lol).

    You're significantly overweight, I wouldn't expect your weight to drop in the way someone cutting from 210 to 190 at 14% bf down to sub 10% would. As for HIIT, even every other day is pretty aggressive, but if it's working keep going. I'd recommend 2-3 times a week.
