I don't know. The characters mostly feel a LITTLE different. Hulk feels different than Black Panther, even though they're both melee characters. There definitely needs to be more build diversity though. Half of most character's trees just aren't even viable to take.

Wow, Black Panther is fucking awful right now. I would LOVE to main him but he's quite literally the weakest character I own at the moment. I can't even bring myself to run him four more levels to get an extra melee damage synergy.

Got some new strings to go along with my block letter 5150. Trying Thomastik-Infeld Power Brights. They're REALLY loud compared to any other string I've tried. Time will tell if they are worth the price tag ($20 a pack).

I get that. The Squier actually had a locking trem on it. But right now, I'd rather stick with a hardtail. That's what I'm saying.

It's less about "comparing" than the fact that a locking trem of any quality is extra hassle I don't need to be subjecting myself to at this point. I am doing fine with my fingers for now.

I don't think at this point I want anything to do with a locking trem. It's one of the reasons I didn't keep that Squier. I picked up a little 4 watt Vox yesterday. I think I might like the Vox sound, particularly with P90s. But that could change in a few days.

Yeah. It's pretty cherry and the Series 1 trem is a bit rare, so I think $450 is a decent price. It'd be a good complement to my Paul and give me something I can carry to jams and lessons and be less worried about it getting fucked up, while still being a nice sounding and playing guitar.
