Game is easy these days they really nerfed the difficulty until you get into 21+ levels. Look for builds on the forums, that should get you started.

I can tell you white plume mountain is great. its 1-20 i think. Path of Evil is supposed to rock and is 1-20. and there is also the Baldurs Gate I mod which i played and is great, also IceWind Dale.

I prefer D&D 3.5 where your ability scores ( Str, Con, etc ) have greater influence on skills and abilities.

it does't at all if you enable the stash option. Basically your "stash" is bank storage of some kind but you can access it anywhere. So i loot to stash. Never deal with inventory again. +1

Yes ! I learned that Cipher has to hit shit. I use a fast weapon so they hit alot and took a bonus of +2 focus per hit. Now I always have enough focus to cast that AE Hold, that saves me most fights as long as she doesn't get aggro. Without that, i would be raped.

we are all learning dood chill. Rogue must be stealth for backstabbing or just flanked? If stealth thst seems like a bug to me. I have found it easier to use MMO pulling mechanichs with my cipher stealthed. Hit mob with bow and keep her off to the side. I do that with the Wizzy too. Or...

I hrar ya, if my main was not cipher not sure how I would handle alot of the fIghts. WIthout CC I would get raped.

Has anyone had a party member leave or fight with another party member yet ? seems that whole dynamic is left out of this game ( unlike in BG1 and 2 ) .. At least I have not seen it and my party members do not seem to react to what i do at all ( i.e. good or evil choices ).

Playing on normal and I am getting face raped, i think i skipped some things. For example, after the first area and the explosion that kills the rogue ( forget name ) i find myself in the forrest and encounter a bear cave. No way i can do that solo, in fact I would think i need 3 chars...
