Proving grounds is actually pretty fun change every now and then. The DPS one is pretty damn hard as melee once you start getting to the endless waves. It's fairly well done too.

Because I'm the only paladin in the group =). We managed to get pre-nerf 10H Thok down in only with only 28 wipes (about 200 less than it took them on Malkorok). Looking at the nerf -whine threads afterwards it was clear the only heroic groups bitching were ones without paladins or a reliable...

Other than making sure you are as far away from the little kunchongs when the ability is about to go off, I don't know, but all it takes is DPS switching and doing around 30% of the kunchongs health for it to let go. And the same one will charm until it turns into a big one, so dps can anticipate.
