I'm level 19 with 19 hours in, and playing extremely unoptimal/wandering. I'm sure it's possible to hit 25 in under 20 hours played, but it's definitely not possible in "an evening" aka 6 hours. That's all I'm saying.

Yeah I try to explain this to people on both sides of the spectrum all the time. You do not get any bonus points awarded at the end of this game for choosing to play it badly.
