The 128gb and free picture uploads has made me forget about SD cards. But I get the thought process.
And your right. Don't really trust that Google isn't spying either.
I know the Chinese government is probably spying on me but my OnePlus 5 still runs like a dream. The battery life has not really seen a dip. I think it has a lot to do with the Dash charger which basically transfers the heat generation away from the phone to the plug brick.
I also think 1080p...
Thinking about doing something like this. Leaning Mini ITX for fun and it's smaller and wife won't be as annoyed by it. I know I can get it cheaper. Might add a AIO Water Cooler. Then it's just picking a monitor.
Probably worth waiting for the new AMD releases I'd imagine.
AMD Mini ITX Total...
What would people say is the sweet spot for a mid range graphics card? I'm trying to decide if the GTX 2060 is worth it. Or if I should drop down to like an RX580 and wait
I think the problem with gaming vs. other hobbies is the social aspect. For instance, when I play Fortnite by myself, not a huge deal other than hogging the TV. If I played with a headset and was chatting? Huge deal. I think that's amplified with MMOs.
It's why a hobby like woodworking or...
While I agree GotG was amazing, GotG2 wasn't worth a second watch for me because the story stunk.
Then I watched Infinity War and realized it was more the actors than Gunn and they just need a non-suck story for GotG3.
I doubt he would have pulled it off. He's been suffering TDS for a while...
Anyonr know if it would require 3 separate purchases for me to be able to play Save the World with my kids?
Currently we play battlefield Royale together, they are on their Switches and I'm on my Xbox. I could stomach $20, but probably not $60.
Hoping this may be the GOTG (too soon?) for the DCU.
Lesser known hero, leaning towards the comedy.
But definitely won't hold my breath, DC shoots itself in the foot nearly every time.
I started with Plume and had very uneven performance and issues if it lost power for whatever reason.
Been running the Tenda Nova 3 pack for about $130 and it's been pretty damn solid.
So my Harmony Hub and Alexa have started failing me.
I think it's in large part due to switching to using ARC (and CEC) with my new LG TV and Denon receiver.
But it's basically 50/50 whether it will turn things on and off. Which is all I really want. Not looking to change channels or volume...
My kids love Fortnite on the Switch, we have two of them. The best part is I can have one kid on either side of me while I play on the Xbox One.
So far our best is 2nd place. But it's ridiculously fun and not something you can easily do with traditional consoles.
Because the idea was born of Thanos' original idea to save his world. Before he added the concept of the infinity stones.
When his world turned their back, it drove him mad, and he took his idea to the extreme.
It's why he's a villain. You can't look at it in a vacuum.
If it was Ironman or...
Oh and how can you not like reserved seats? Do you not own a cell phone? Were you trying to buy for a Saturday showing opening weekend and hoping by showing up early you could beat all the people who bought tickets weeks in advance and get a good seat? C'mon man.
Great movie, the next one better see some real deaths, because right now I'm just waiting for a retcon.
As far as I'm concerned no one died in this movie. Especially since the two brutal deaths were for the race that comes back over and over again in the comics.
I will say, that scene where...
It was good. High second tier/bottom first tier.
Rhino's were dumb and CGI was terrible.
The thing I don't get is they basically say outside of fictional Wakanda with meteorite metal, that black civilization has failed. I don't quite get the celebration of this movie for them.
Pressured into watching by your wife?
That tells me all I need to know.
At 35 I think of all the movies I've watched in the late 80s and 90s and think how they would fare in today's age of using Rotten Tomatoes to justify how good a movie is.
I see commercials that basically show that stupid...
I realize this isn't about a specific movie, but about how movies are presented to us from the media.
This post was prompted by the below:
Will Smith's 'Bright' is terrible, but that doesn’t matter to Netflix
When did we get to where Rotten Tomatoes became the defacto source of whether a...
I think that's part.
But there seems to be a lot of sentiment regarding racist stereotypes (IE Orcs = African American), I'm VERY tired of this stuff permeating anything fun, whether it's movies, sports, video games.
I thought it was fun. I would have preferred a bit more information on the mystical side of things. Like what the hell did Tikka do to that assassin.
But meh it was as a nice change from the boring high fantasy schtick.
Anyone worrying about battery life should just buy a battery pack or two. They are so cheap.
But battery life definitely seems to vary, my kids play Splatoon and it seems to go more than 3 hours.
