You can 'hire' adventurers in the inn in the first town which basically lets you roll your own characters. I had plenty of gold from just selling shit I picked up and was able to fill out my party and beat the 5 shadow room without too much trouble.

Fixed it for me.

There was no auto logout in Alpha. You could stay logged in for days without a macro as long as the server didn't restart. Not sure if they have plans to change that for launch.

I had a patching problem too. Restarting my computer and letting it patch overnight worked.

With Magic, the 'Power 9' are all from Alpha and Beta. There are no cards more powerful than Ancestral Recall, Black Lotus, Time Walk etc. There will never be another 2 mana counterspell with no drawback. Or dual lands. Or Force of Will. Or Fact or Fiction. Or Inspiration. Or...

Do you need to be lvl 10 to pick up the farm quest? I was thinking of just running straight to the quest giver, travelling to place the farm and then catching up levels grinding in the 10+ zone.
