I would have say each guild/player gets 1 Instance of each raid zone every 10-20 days, While the spawn times on non-isntanced will be random say 3-4days on avg for raid mobs. Instanced mobs will not drop the "rare" loot like the robe from ssra emp as an example. A solution like this seems ideal...
