I'm impressed you made it to maps with that life/res. As was mentioned, trade for some Life/Res gear, or if you don't want to deal with trading, go farm an easier zone like blood aqueduct over and over and ID all the rares for life/res, other stats don't matter.

Couldn't hurt to farm some rares with HP/Res on them. Dont worry about evasion/armor. If you get a good HP + Dual/Triple resistances then 4-5 link it with some currency, that should get you decently far into maps. Or if you wanna be quick about it find something for a couple chaos to trade.

There's a couple god abilities that increase move speed from lightning/time god. Also movespeed on boots. Items and character traits are the only meta progression so far and there's a stash if you didn't see it to share amongst all the characters.
