Oh yes this will eventually be a thing. Or you simply won't be able to get car insurance or lose your car insurance if you try to drive manually. It won't be like that initially but down the road bet your ass that would happen.
The ideal probably would be to use LIDAR with some radar sensors to help augment them in heavy rain/snow conditions that would cause lidar some major issues but that comes down to cost probably.
you are lucky. I got two of the rings fast and then took 3 months before it finally gave me the int ring mission. Now it is left sharks all the way down.
Prot/fury/arms all work super for soloing these days. Prot in theory is a hair slower but as you say you can pull 2-3 more mobs at a time than arms/fury can get away with so probably works out pretty much the same. Prot is stupidly safe with their new ignore pain mechanics. Do what you enjoy all...
And plus side the invasions are giving them real world data on how the scaling mob system dropped into old worlds with huge mixes of level ranges works in practice instead of on the spreadsheet. So may be useful info for them down the road for how to work/change things to do level scaling in old...
I think they may just be using similar xp to the grouping code. If you are a low level person with a max level person towing you around the xp rates die pretty bad. Plowing dungeons is still some what useful but that was mostly due to the dungeon quest completion xp being pretty high.
Given...
I am not sure but in theory it should work. It would be pretty easy to test just get an invite with somebody who has that level of hut and throw on some bait and give it a shot. You will know pretty quick if you are getting the enormous fish or not should get them within a few casts if you can...
Yup I am just polishing off gear on a couple last 100 alts so they have decent level gear should I chose to play them in legion and then its do the weekly stuff when it comes out. Overall though I have enjoyed the invasion stuff it is way better pre patch intro quest than we have seen in a LONG...
I have not really heard anybody having major complaints about xp from mobs in legion leveling. I think one of the issues with the invasions is if you have a level hitting something a level 70 the level 100 winds up siphoning off a huge portion of the xp from the kill. The difference in xp from...
The clue has finally struck them. Increase the kill xp credit and not the stage complete credit to incentivize people actually killing demons and not just mooching. This seems like it kinda was obvious.
Not fucked at all. As you level you get more artifact power items that are worth more artifact power. And the costs of artifact points increases a LOT as you get higher so to take a brand new fresh artifact if you are already 110 it won't take you long at all to get it to near parity with your...
This is one nice lesson they learned in legion. Once the expansion goes live once you do all the lead up shit one time on one character you can skip it on all future characters if you want to and just go straight to starting to work on your artifact of choice.
Well stuff like some of the new quest lines may be "live" but not triggered yet not sure how they have those setup because we should start seeing some more of the pre quest line stuff with magni or jaina or dalaran in the next couple weeks.
It is one of those things that is far more useful with the more people you have. So solo its pretty much not worth picking, duo its not as good as the other options. In a group of 5 its a pretty close call but anything more than that it is just head shoulders and gnomes above the other options.
God I still remember the time me and my friend were in the ocean of tears when the boat started freaking out. It started going lower and lower on the water line to the point where only the tops of the mast were still above water. Me and my friend are standing on the arms of the mast close enough...
I believe if the herb trader guy is up in the garrison you can get mass milling recipes for WOD level herbs. They also have these in legion where once you get the recipe you can just have it auto mill mass numbers or all available like you can with smithing.
Also note that weapons are not the only weirdness. Initially breast plates where simply not dropping for balance druids at all and now they seem to drop but they sometimes wind up with the agility one not the int one. Some things they can hotfix some require an actual patch even fi it is small...
They changed and tweaked most of the racial stuff any differences are super minor now. Until WOD humans and their active racial ability made them the no brainer for PVP but with new automatic version of that granted to everybody who does PVP I don't even think the bleeding edge raiders could...
You don't have to. You can start at level 1 skill in gathering and crafting stuff and be able to make legion appropriate stuff and harvest legion nodes. Also unlike WOD harvesting nodes below the level range does not give you fragments any more you always get full resource drops just less of...
They made the item for the staff I am guessing it is a bug that is preventing it from dropping. I expect to see some patch fixes as they add in the next steps each week until launch so don't worry to much yet.
The fishing tournament in stranglethorn had one but most people get them from the rewards from high level naval missions. You need to have your ships pretty well decked out but there are rare ones missions that can give the left shark and the heirloom rings and a couple other things.
So far I have a 1 handed caster sword, a wand, both on my warlock, Two handed mace and one handed axe on my warrior and 1 handed caster mace on my druid.
Yup the fun of every pre patch and first couple weeks of an expansion. If you don't need something and its sellable check the price some random stuff starts selling for cray cray amounts. I paid my way through 6 months of subscriptions by selling a BOE shield I got 4 days into WOD that was a...
If you really need money have a gathering profession and spend your time harvesting like a MOFO for the first week of the expansion. There are a shit load of people with more money than sense who are going to be buying up gobs of harvested items to feed double crafter characters.
Fel corruption spreader. Comes from demonic infiltrator that can "possess" a doomsayer in the cities. You can use things like the demon hunter vision thing to spot which one is actually a demon and if you engage them they can drop that toy.
Unfortunately when I was poking around on the beta PVP server prestige was not enabled you just had all the talents unlocked immediately. That and at the time spirit rezers were broken and did not appear and so if anybody looted your body you literally could not rez.
That seems about right from what I was seeing. It will change over time though a bit as the cost of improving the artifact reduces over time and as you progress you get increased AP generation multipliers that ramp up as the expansion continues.
It is designed this way specifically otherwise it...
Yup pretty much this. Basically the higher tier stuff is so damn expensive that for one or two things on one artifact to super max you could instead get your second artifact up to about 80-90% of the power of your main spec. Also as time goes on everything gets cheaper and your artifact power...
That is correct other than some trinkets with an effect overall gear is gear now. Of course a tank probably has different stat priorities than a DPS does so they may want slightly different types of gear but overall your current set of gear should work effectively for all roles. I noticed a...
Actually not exactly correct.
When you get to dalaran you will get an initial quest to open up/create/secure your order hall. Once that is done and you are in your order hall then this is where you get the quest for which artifact you want.
Given the ramp up in costs for higher tier artifact...
It is a bit annoying but plus side there are a lot of ways to get those without spending cash for upgrades. Pretty much all the holiday that have holiday currency and things like the timewalking weeks currency can all be used to purchase heirloom upgrades.
The reasoning is you have to do it the hard way all the way through once and then after you have basically seen/done everything on foot then you can fly to skip past stuff you have done. It is a bit annoying but I can sort of understand their reasoning. Flying in WOD makes leveling up alts HELLA...
Actually class halls are all over the place although a lot are accessible from dalaran via teleports and most classes get a free port or port like ability to jump to their class hall.
The physical locations of the order halls are all over the damn place though. Shamans is in the maelstrom...
Probably because it was not so much the follower hit buttons thing that was the problem it was that the major rewarding end game for a lot of people was ONLY that sending mrfucknuts on missions. The order halls have some of this but it is less followers and less frequently so maybe once or twice...
actually you can still do it I believe. Pandaria has a bunch of scenarios that are 1-3 man lore things and once you are level 90 I am pretty sure you can still go through all of them. I know I did the theramore one and I did not get into pandaria until WOD was about to launch.
