Raider trick. Blade vortex+fast cast+inc duration for all of them. CWDT+BV as well. The 20% on hit from BV hitting the boss every 600ms, should help fuel anything you do. including flicker. (flicker will still burn frenzy faster then generated, with just flicker.)
