Yea it doesn't have anything to do with cpu/gpu power. I have like a 780 and everything maxed out and I drop below 60fps like once a week if that. It's one of the many fine ways the game reacts to netcode problems.

To be clear on this, getting the SWK 4-piece bonus is the single biggest power increase you can get and so using SWK gloves-shoulder-helm is better than not having the set bonus. I've done high 30s GRs without even using a Leoric's helm, I use Innas on my non-seasonal for now.

Being locked in a lane decreases his advantages though. His skills would allow him to farm super safely but he barely scales so split pushing is questionable. Plus his "escape" allows enemies to follow him.

Attacking faster is (sort of) a disadvantage for M6 builds. Since Hatred efficiency is important, harder-hitting slower shots are better than lighter-hitting faster shots.
