There's a plugin called Otherdrops that I use that I absolutely love. Can be as simple as you want or go balls-crazy. Super easy to add slime balls as possible loot to something, and change anything else for that matter (breaking glass gives glass, for example)

Legendary rings/amulets are the rarest of the rare really but also the LEAST impacted by the "ancient" tag. Weapons are the MOST impacted by being ancient but also the most versatile slot for most builds.

Single, don't know that there's any plans for multiplayer. You can save and load machines though so you can share those, hopefully there'll be built-in sending at some point.

You'd probably like Thresh, Nami, and probably some of the mages (Annie, Vel'Koz) people play as support based on who you said you like in DOTA. Being a mage support is way more complicated sometimes though and a lot more feast or famine in my experience.

I used the official wireless adapter from Microsoft and I had to do tons of tinkering to get it to work on Windows 7, even just moving it from USB port to another required basically reinstalling it and fucking with the drivers. Windows 8 it has been plug-and-play though.
