Only the host needs the Heist DLCs, if that helps. All the gear/item ones won't make much difference if you are just playing for a week or two, but those are individual otherwise, I.E. if someone wants to be a sniper they can get the Sniper pack but no one else needs it.

I love this Poro mode. I've played like 15-16 games, different champ every time, and they've all been reasonably fun, even the times one of my team was DC. Way more champ variety than most of the game modes see, too.

Neither Liandry's nor Rylai's are on-hit effects, they are spell effects. On-hit effects are lifesteal, nashor's, machete, wits, which are triggered by auto attacks and say Gangplank/Ez Q.

It's not something to be fixed, it's intentional. He was never designed for jungling so there's no reason they would fix that. Zyras plants, donger turrets, Yorick ghouls all don't proc on-hits either. People think the sand soldiers are "extending" Azir's autos but they're not, they're spell...

What? Price of gems seems as high as it's been, as are the prices of backgrounds/emoticons. Was like $0.7 for a bag of gems when they hit the market, almost double that now. They rose mostly the first 12 hours and have since slowed to a crawl as far as inflation goes, but I expect more spikes...

I don't know about "farce." Aside from those few random games that people are overpaying for, most of the games are a fair sale price or better, and it's eating up tons of useless background/emoticon/cards from people's inventories which make those all more valuable to people who don't collect...

It's been on sale other places though, and likely will be on Steam in a couple days. And that doesn't excuse people paying 50% more than the BASE cost in gems :P

I got a game on my wishlist for 4k gems that hasn't gone below $16 yet so I feel like that's pretty great savings. I'll keep an eye on some of the others but with gem costs rising I don't foresee any of the "big" titles ever being worth it.

The sale prices are set by the individual developers/publishers now so it's pretty impossible to get a list of all the sales for Steam anymore.

All of those items do no damage to towers and don't help you mushroom-ward enemy jungle much at all. I mean, any build on any champ can do well in the right games if you try enough, but there's definitely better ways to do what you do and still have the same playstyle :P
