Your player level in OW has no bearing on the power level of the character itself. Your player level just means how much you play really. For instance, seeing someone with a gold portrait frame doesn't necessarily mean they're good, they just play a lot.

The post-enhancement Aileen is looking pretty solid. Reddit people seem pretty excited at least. I might need to step up my physical damage TMR work a bit but I've done very little work that would be beneficial for a spear user. I don't have all the parts to make a +evo Garnet, but if you can't get the Garnet thing rolling I can put up a Mystea that will take the Megaflare for your team, all you have to do is OTKO him on Turn 2.

Well my run of luck finally bottomed out. Pulled away all the tickets I had saved (wasnt many, 15ish) and did 4 10+1's and only pulled a single 5*. It was a Christine so that was nice, but yeah, the wall has been hit. Still no Ayaka.
