I agree, they need to fix All Pick. At the moment its pretty common to have players, often on both teams, not pick heroes before creeps meet. To make matters worse some bozo always wants to wait for them, just random at 0, no repicks.

I have the TP-Link TL-WR700N, slightly larger version of the one you linked. I've never had issues with it, I've also used a TP-Link ASDL modem for a while without problems though the web interface left an awful lot to be desired.
