The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho, saw it listed as a favourite a lot recently so decided to give it a go. Unfortunately it isn't very good, in fact I've been sitting at 90%+ for over a week and feel no interest in spending another 15 minutes to find out what happens.
Really? I never lost a key or watch growing up. I also find it a bit odd that they're old enough to come home alone but not old enough to deal with a lock?
My real concern with this type of device - what happens when the power is out or batteries die? Is your deadbolt essentially stuck...
Most of the melee junglers who have to tank creeps are like this, they need a couple levels and/or items to be effective. The particular creep types can make a big difference though.
Funnily enough I tried a Steelcase Leap last week and plan to go take a look at the Humanscale Freedom. Aeron is a pretty old design at this point, it isn't even their high end chair anymore.
I don't feel the used site offers enough of a discount, with new chairs at this pricepoint they have...
I agree, they need to fix All Pick. At the moment its pretty common to have players, often on both teams, not pick heroes before creeps meet. To make matters worse some bozo always wants to wait for them, just random at 0, no repicks.
Probably the best thing to find out is what she saw them doing that interested her. Don't want to get an RT device and discover she was looking to run x86 desktop software (e.g. Photoshop)
I'm not talking about uncertainty and skill level, the poster makes claims about what does and doesn't contribute to the ranking which AFAICT is purely speculation
----
I ranked 2833 after the 10 matches, I believe I've completed 5-10 more and I'm just short of 3k now. My score has gone...
Did anyone else find the last book entirely boring? For me I've been sitting at 80-90% for weeks and have had no drive to finish it.
Large sections of the book are self indulgent on the part of the author: magi council meeting (no one watches C-SPAN, why would we want to read a fake version)...
That post appears to simply be speculation, the author doesn't phrase anything as if they work for Valve and they aren't citing anything other than a Microsoft paper.
His answers to questions might skew the type of people shown. I don't see many smokers but I see a shit ton of people with pets and the OKC filters don't provide a way to avoid them AFAICT.
The most annoying part about all the sites is that virtually all messages I receive are along the...
Odd, the time I tried I thought it broke. And it looked as if it broke when I've played against him in other games.
Legion Commander seems pretty OP if he gets a few early kills, had a game with some moron getting ganked repeatedly and he obliterated us.
I can't figure out how to take a...
I've only really seen dominant Slarks pre-6.79. That said, I did run into a Slark recently who seemed to be attacking while in his super invis which I didn't think was possible.
I love this change, one of the reasons I hated playing as radiant is that I would invariably click on the minimap and...
It appears you have a case of confirmation bias, and remember he said micro-transactions not pay-to-win. I'm going to make the arguments but I see both as equally pointless.
How much time does a buyer really spend looking at the CE/LE bonus art books or plastic toys? I'd estimate a few...
Fahrenheit definitely seems to be based on arbitrary points, I've heard both 100 degrees matching horses blood and his wife's temperature (which of course would mean she was abnormally hot).
The arguments you guys are making for Fahrenheit being "better" are based on simply being familiar...
I've never purchased any DLC, I considered it for one or two freemium games as a way to support the developers but the cost to reward has always led me to say fuck those guys. I don't understand the vanity stuff at all; we aren't 6-year old girls why are you morons paying to play digital...
I wouldn't count too much on being able to ebay bundled games, invariably a lot of people have the same idea and flood the auction sites with the same title.
Nester - I'm Canadian as well and have pieced together a 5.1 this fall. I bought speakers from Fluance, they are primarily an internet direct brand though Futureshop carries a few models. They're actually based in Canada (Niagra) and pretty well reviewed online, if you're patient they...
I have the TP-Link TL-WR700N, slightly larger version of the one you linked. I've never had issues with it, I've also used a TP-Link ASDL modem for a while without problems though the web interface left an awful lot to be desired.
Apparently Google is having a Chromecast SDK hackathon this weekend and the SDK release is expected soonish, at which point presumably we can expect much better support.
Wild Billis pretty fantastic, I was slightly worried it might have copied Pulp Fiction's style ala Snatch (which was still good obviously)
Canadian Netflix, hopefully its available elsewhere.
LD? He and Godz are great imo. I like Tobi, but I found as I watched more casts its pretty clear he's not an expert. Merlini (caster & former pro)commentedon it in a Team Liquid interview.
Currently have a dcent PC, and neither my 360 or PS3 have seen use for gaming this year so I decided not much point in buying either.
I have been eyeing the WiiU now that the price has been dropping and a few Mario games are bundled, I'm wondering if we might see a sub-200 WiiU for Black Friday.
Note that one of the other players was offline as his PC was being replaced
Audio has been shockingly bad particularly from the events at the main stage. Main stage has been several seconds behind and at many points has been cutting out, both in game and on stream; it has also been terribly...
Given the spec is pretty recent I would guess not. A quick Google saw some people claiming this gen of cards would not, but its hard to know if its opinion, supposition or from the horse's mouth.
DisplayPort and Dual-Link DVI. I'm not really sure about the TVs to be honest, I know the cheap Seiki 4k TVs from this year were limited to 30Hz. Probably more common for TVs with the HDMI limitations.
Both AMD & nvidia have supported that resolution @ 60 Hz for a couple generations. That said, you aren't going to be gaming at 4k without multiple 780 TIs or 290(X)s
Not for applications & system tools it isn't. In search for Windows Update, note that you get 0 results until you switch sections.
I'm perfectly aware that Metro is searchable, however as mentioned above its also segmented and needlessly requires a number of keystrokes to switch. And as...
I'm talking about searching genius. Who the fuck browses through their start menu, it isn't 2001 anymore. The new start menu is your grandma's icon covered desktop, flood the screen with a bunch of shit.
Sorry but I rarely look at the start menu, I continue to read or watch whatever I was...
Its this much every couple weeks, what are they doing, downloading the same shit repeatedly?
I imagine they weren't in beta for the most part, just a bunch of 13-year olds who had people holding it over their heads telling them how great it was last year.
I seem to recall reading that was fixed...
