Prepare to be whelmed. I'm still learning how best to tweak this mechanic, especially since PoB(fork or not) doesn't parse increase aura effect notables. You can get around that easily, sure, but it makes really hard to determine whether spending all those point on notables is truly worth it...

Sure, but what notables? I couldn't find any that gave damage increases comparable to nodes(~3% per point) on the tree. I liked the idea behind the blind one, but the percentage isn't high enough to be reliable.

If you want pops, I'd suggest Inpulsa and maybe Storm's Gift. Honestly, I still have to test this all out, so take that as you may. What about slapping chain on your Storm Brand?

Crit is your answer, unfortunately. EO just doesn't hold a candle to it. There's too many easy non-passive sources of crit chance and crit damage, like a Diamond Flask, to not consider going crit if your build can. Poisons and Ignites are about the only places where crit doesn't seem worth...

That's my biggest doubt with going OoS. Brand lets you pay attention to boss mechanics.

That guy died on a white map. I get the synergies, he just did a terrible job of showcasing them. I guess if you're going OoS, Trickster might make more sense than Hierophant. How does Arc fit into this though?
