It's not just the Steam sales anymore. The humble bundles (regular and weekly) in the past year have added at least 40 games to my Steam library. In fact it's because of those that I haven't really bought anything directly from Steam in awhile.

You should have a link that was sent to you, everything is listed in there automatically when they add new stuff to the bundles.

I think you forget how many play these types of games more as a solo experience than a multiplayer one, it's probably a majority. Forcing players into the duty finder at low levels when the pool of low level players continues to shrink will eventually make one of the positive parts of the game...
