Other than the Z2 Force, which I know nothing about, those are all good phones. I would personally go for the Pixel 2, but that's because I prefer stock android and knowing that I'll get timely updates. If you go with the S9+ or Note 8, try to buy an unlocked one to minimize uninstallable shitware.

Goddamn impulse control failed and I ordered the 55" TCL 6 series from Amazon. I justified this to myself by buying what amounts to replacement feet for the TV that attach to the VESA mount for $17, allowing me to use my current TV stand.

Shit. I'm going to need a new TV stand, as it's only 32" wide. May look in to getting one with a vesa mount.

They are pretty solid low-mid range phones. If you don't demand a lot out of your phone performance wise they're hard to beat for the price. Mostly stock android with a few minor alterations. OS updates haven't been great since Lenovo took over though. I've heard that there was a leak or two...

I use Google Wallet Android Pay Google Pay and I've rarely had issues with it. Usually it's on the merchant side where their terminal says it works but they haven't set it up yet.

I have the i5, 8 GB RAM 256 GB SSD surface pro 4 and it's still a solid device. My only major complaint is bluetooth performance is kind of shitty. I'm pretty sure that you can get refubs straight from Microsoft.
