Overall, the endgame version is probably more than that. But to get started, you just need 3-4 Poet's Pens, Inpulsa's, and some form of leech. You can get that last part from a Berek's Grip, or a corrupted amulet.

Does anyone know how Flicker Strike and Multistrike interacts with frenzy charges generated by hits? For example, I know if you crit your Flicker Strike while wielding a Terminus Est, you only get 1 frenzy charge. But I'm somewhat certain that restriction is only for crits.
