The incursion mobs are just fucking tanky. They went a bit nuts with HP this league. My double strike jugg that was built to kill bosses(read, high single target dps) is having trouble clearing red map incursions in time. Going back to my PP build for now.

Yes, unfortunately the popularity of Arc has made this quite expensive this league. I would say you could get a taste for it with just 2 poet's pens, just to see if you like the feel of arc and lightning warp. Choir of The Storm is overrated as well. A good rare amulet is like 5% less dps...

PoE is a bit janky and slow at first because of just how fucking high the ceiling is. The range of your character's power level is much greater(lower and higher) than D3's. Off putting at first? Definitely. It's something they've talked about fixing for a while now, specifically in regards...

I said serious! Something like the necromancer should be the bare minimum for content every season/league/whatever. And definitely more polished than it was.

Windows does some really stupid stuff from a development standpoint. How they handle code pages makes programming in windows a real headache once you have to go outside of the 1252 code page. I'd love if an open source windows meant some 3rd parties fixed a lot of what makes windows different...
