It has zero to do with our system. A company is allowed by law to use your pto or vaction days for FMLA.

It's paid if you have pto or vacation days or whatever system your employer has. In fact using up the PTO is used as a deterent for abuse. I can asure you from attending many arbitration cases that it is not applied the same to men and women.

As someone who works closely with FMLA from an employers perspective this is not the case. You can't just take unpaid leave for whatever. You need a legit reason followed by documentation and men trying to take of for paternity leave are often denied.

I use the g13 for gaming and will never go back to a keyboard again. You still need your keyboard for everyday typing and shit and for messaging in MMO's. For actual gameplay and movement nothing beats the G13. I also tried the nostromo and the thumbstick was horrible.

The second time you hit the jump button it activates your jump jets, the third time deactivates them. 1 press jump, second press while still in air give you a boost up or allows you to glide, 3rd time kills the jets.

Also good for the spider tank is to spread out to the corners and middle forcing the tank to keep moving it's turret.

I dunno if FPS players are of a higher quality then your average MMO player but I've done several of those matchmaking missions on the level 6 area and always had good teamwork with no communication. Also Warlock melee attack is satisfying as hell to finish someone off after you shotgun them...
