What level / stage are you on? For Wind Joker you want to farm Mt. Siz regular / hard mode for 4x Fatal Runes (ATK +30%) and Garen Forest or Kabir Runes for 2x Energy/Blade (HP +15% or CRI Rate +12%). 2* runes are fine for now if you're just doing normal versions. Get ATK% runes for slot 2, 4...
