I'm now halfway through the 3rd episode and it's like the first half of the episodes are pretty interesting and then it gets really preachy and loses me. It's too bad, as the show has really nice production value. I just wanted it to be more about food and cooking and less about the problems of...
I'm pretty sure she is faking the gun shots, so that Mike will help her move/leave without her having to directly ask him(out of shame, pride, whatever). That was my take on it.

Just by virtue of Tarrant saying he's still in love with his wife, it's a bad idea to be dating anyone right now. Get a hooker if it's about getting laid. The last thing you need in that situation is drama from a second woman.
Hell's Kitchen is a comedy(and I love it), but yeah...there are like 3 actual cooks on that show each season. Seeing those prices for Per Se is ridiculous. Fucking rich people, man.
Hah! I just started watching that last night while laying in bed. That lady was rough looking, no doubt. Show seems pretty cool, though. I only watched about 40 min of the first episode so far.
I'm sticking with after. I don't usually cook thin cuts in sous vide, so I would do after. Everything I have read says that presearing doesn't make any noticeable difference to post searing.
Are we supposed to hate Farcry Primal? I've heard nothing but positive things, for the most part. I got bored to tears about 3/4 of the way into FC3. Not really interested since then.
