When Lumber Mill was supposed to produce 40GR/4HR with Phylarc, it had a reason to exist. At 30GR/4HR with Phylarc, it's kind of dumb.

Fights would need to be pretty hellishly tuned for 2-5% damage reduction to matter. With the way Blizzard designs their fight, MOAR DPSESESESES tends to prevent more damage anyhow.

Only real benefit to trinkets is that the Heroic Dungeon ones aren't in the "grab-bag loot pile" but rather in the specific-boss loot pools, so they can be a bit annoying to find the right ones in time for raid.

Flight paths are so buggered. I've been hovering in the middle of a flock of 20 other players outside the garrison for the last half hour.

Each zone requires that you be at its minimum level to access the quests. It's pretty hard-funneled. Expansion launch is one of the few times I'm happy that my server is a backwater.
