The challenge rift bag doesn't give you the bracers. You get the bracers which give you exp for picking up gold then open the challenge rift bag which is full of gold and resources. The gold levels you and the resources help you craft your level 70 weapon

So I looked through my logs. Champion of light is sub 3 minutes. Jadefire is 5.5 minutes. Grong is 5 minutes. Opulence is 8 minutes. Conclave is 5 minutes on mythic difficulty. So these fights are taking forever?
