Not really plausible. Musk could crash a starship in Manhattan and take down the freedom tower and we'd still keep spacex rolling.

Would be super interesting to see how well Starship can deorbit with a bunch of botched tiles

I wonder how many of those tiles were basically trash tiles they threw on because they didn't want to waste new ones or something. I also wonder how much they were directed to yeet those bitches on ASAP and not try to triple check that they were properly fitted.

Can't kick out the sls without kicking out starship, making the graphic historical instead of forward looking. I'd actually prefer if new glenn and other rockets that won't ever launch were added.

Watching Starship dethrone Saturn V just makes me appreciate how amazing of an achievement it was. Other than some obscure building techniques or lavish use of expensive materials I can't really think of anything else humans made better in the past that we haven't surpassed by now.

I don't know why you would think this. If the moon wasn't just a shithole in a smaller gravity well than earth we would be ignoring the political/legal questions you raise and addressing the economical/technological ones that far surpass them.

Cool, any recommendations? Hoping to get one in the <$300 price range, but as low as possible to do what I want to feed what seems like low power speakers. I don't mind paying, just don't want to ignorantly pay for something built for a 2k watt system and use it for a 400watt system. Or...

Sometimes I think about installing XP on an old (or new) machine, installed Microsoft Word 2003, Visual Studio 2003 and see if it is as good and responsive as I remember.
