He had to have an air supply when he was hiding so at least some of him is human, how ever he clearly has some cybernetic limbs. Not sure how many. He was dragging the Xenomorph easily enough though. He also managed to keep himself calm and unafraid of it. So I bet he has a lot of robot in him.
