For what you're describing, the 4000 should be fine. You can always add a video card later if you need it for something, but it's not like World of Goo is all that GPU crazy. I have G.Skill RAM in my laptops and desktops and it runs fine. Never had a problem.

Hopefully, there will be some sort of code of conduct for potential server operators, and those in charge of holding them to that code won't be a bunch of overzealous dicks. Still, seems odd to call those who don't code out and then refuse to run the servers themselves.
