They fixed the optimization for the most part with this last patch. Remember World was just as bad for about the same amount of time optimization wise. The issue I have is the crazy easy fights now. I mean there isn't a single challenging fight. If I die, it's because I have a sandwich in one...

Big patch came out. Performance increase. Lots of weapon boosts and a couple new tempered monsters. New armor is pretty good. The new weapons all seem a notch below the artesian weapons.
