One thing they need to change is the craftable named legendary weapons being BOP. They need to be tradable, otherwise very few people will ever actually own them.

Honestly best bet is hold out until they announce server merges, otherwise you'll have blown your xfer token and might find yourself in an undesirable situation due to a merge
