Hardly a pvp game, but there's certainly some potential and hope on my part that it'll be good for pvp. The open world stuff in combination with attackable/destroyable settler deployables could make for some interesting and fun times. That and warplots are where it's at for me.

I'm guessing this week's somewhat underwhelming Wednesday update means they are holding out for E3(still not sure they're even going though) to reveal the remaining classes/races. We've seen them from the client I believe, but I'd like to see something official.

Is Carbine even going to E3? I just searched around the E3 site and got nothing for Carbine, NCSoft, or Wildstar. I was under the impression that E3 was shrinking and nowhere near what it used to be.

Hearing that 50-70% of the dev team is working on 'elder game' content full time was refreshing to hear for sure.

In the 2 hour video/interview linked a couple pages back they go into more detail on this whole "Bob" thing. Being a non-expert, to me it made perfect sense but I have no idea how it'll play out or if it's a common practice.

Sounds like they are accomplishing their goals then. They said it wasn't going to be fun (which is why they are letting stress testers into closed beta ASAP) and wanted to actually break stuff. Hopefully they know what to do to fix it now.

I'm sure it does as they fall under the NDA. As far as I know around here we're only talking about what's been leaked(such as betacake) and the client that was made public.
