NG+ is hard, everything pretty much one shots you. You have the option to turn it back to normal until you beat the game again but then whats the point? Also don't start a new game unless you have found all the prayer beads, pretty sure I am missing at least eight.

Oh the other thing is just hold block, holding block recovers your posture super fast. Hold block on everything but the big swings, try to deflect those or dodge/jump. Doing this you should never fill your meter on mini bosses.

Tip for those getting animation locked, try taking thumb of movement stick. Focus on just attacking and deflecting and jumping. Attack until they deflect then deflect when they attack.

More ape stuff and other major spoilers. Also nightjar slash into nightjar slash reversal is a massive hit and run move. Great for those fights against huge sweeping attacks.

Early game could be rough and late game if your build sucked even worse, once you get that setup though everything was just insta gibbed. Gaige being the dumbest OP one out there. Literally fire at the ground to kill everything with auto aiming bullet bounce.

I enjoyed every Borderlands but I absolutely love the lore and the style so even 2.5 gets high praise from me. The optional bosses in the DLC were good times, Tiny Tinas DnD campaign was pure genius. 2 being the bar I am confident they can return to form and make another winner.

I would start out just following a build guide, get to level 72ish then start researching.
