    Ashes of Creation

I have low expectations for procedural dungeons. They're either one of a dozen templates or less with slight variations, which gives them a feeling of sameness. They usually end up being trash>boss>trash>boss or trash>collect shit>boss or some mix of all of the above. Which you could argue...

    Star Trek: Picard

Trek has always tried to tackle modern issues using a sci-fi allegory. That is Sci-Fi's bread&butter and it works. Orville does the same thing, most sci-fi shows do the same thing. But it always works best when it is within the context of the show and it isn't too 'on the nose' or too preachy.

    World of Warcraft: Classic

Silithus was such a shitshow. I remember that boss that did that AOE knockback that sent you flying back 10 miles and the game would lock up as 500 people went airborne at the sametime lol

    Ashes of Creation

It was Sorcerer in AA. He was the GM of The White Order on Kyrios, same server PRX was on. lol, I just recalled one of the PK guilds trying to get his guild's name banned, trying to claim it was was a white supremacist organization.

    Unsolved Mysteries

Ah found it. Ya, it's more of a somber take on the original theme, but nice they still kept it. I liked the Robert Stack ghostly image at the end too

Red Sox are letting fans pay $500 for a cardboard cutout of themselves to be put in the stands lol Woukd almost be worth it if you could do some troll shit, like put Bobby Valentine with a shitty mustache disguise in the crowd.

    The Astronomy Thread

If it had a wonky orbit like Pluto, but much farther out, that would no doubt make it much harder to find. Especially if it had some type of wacky super orbital time measured in millennia. Pluto takes centuries to complete 1 orbit.

Bill & Ted Face the Music

I'm sure their kids do. But think about the overall theme: 1) If you watched Bill and Ted way back when, then you're probably closer in age to Bill & Ted in this movie 2) In theory, that means you relate more to some of the stuff they're going through: Midlife crisis, kids who might make the...

Theater Chain Death Watch? Chapter 11s inc

Avatar was a major money sink. They're banking on the fact that you need IMAX/3D up charged on ticket prices to stand a chance of getting a ROI for the film.

    Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.

Was a good episode. Enoch was a good addition and it sucks he sacrificed himself to save everyone, but a good send off. I'm worried about what happened to Fitz, since Simmons flipped the fuck out when she got her memories back. He's either dead or sorta-dead or worse. It wouldn't surprise me...

    Ashes of Creation

Sure, but it’s fucking boring. I remember Shadowbane and hitting auto run for 10 minutes because where you wanted to go was miles away. Or making your 500th boring pack run in AA because speed was capped and it took 40 minutes one way to deliver your shit. When your game starts to feel like a...

Bill & Ted Face the Music

Revealed a lot more of the plot. Looks like the kids go to the past to get a bunch of musicians to help their dads, while Bill and Ted go to alternative futures to find the magic song. And everyone ends up in Hell lol

    Ashes of Creation

Performance is a bigger issue. I recall EQ1 zerg raids where I basically had to stare at the floor for an hour because otherwise I would be unable to move. Uncapped raids in uninstanced content is basically begging for a slide show. And shit performance in a PVP game is an even bigger issue...

Final Fantasy XIV (Guide in first post)

Each calamity was basically a world shard ceasing to exist and reabsorbing back into the source. It also rejoined some soul fragments, like the WoL (Emet even comments that we are almost half a real person). The shards rejoining was the Ascians at play to make sure the shard tipped too far...

Final Fantasy XIV (Guide in first post)

I think they clarified Zodiark and Hyd aren’t 100% done, but the majority of the arc will be wrapped up (like 90%+). Which makes sense since the game starts with them and they’ll probably want to end with them. So I suspect Acsians are wrapped up, we get more info/answers re ancients, and both...

Sounds like focus shifts back to Garlemond civil war. I’m guessing the expansion concludes with some major upheaval in that regard and next expac we are in Garlemond mostly.
