Don't have any insight to Blizzard. But I just don't see anything happening other than possible progression through the existing expansions. Probably with some servers that stop at classic, BC or whatever. Forking content to start down another path would be a lot more work than most people realize.

Queue is definitely better. 4k at 12pst. Was around 8k around 12 yesterday and before. Later in the day though, even 4k is a bit rough.

That's probably pretty close. These guys play mostly PvP, Black Desert, etc. So it isn't the PvE or grind that will bother them. I don't think they realize what happens on WoW PvP servers though. Haven't warned them. And some of them will love it.

Picked this up for the first time over Christmas. Pretty good mmo imo. Didn't reach endgame, or do any min maxing. Heard there is a bit of a grind at max level. So can't really attest to that. But it entertained me for a couple of months of casual play. Probably will go back eventually.
