I thought it was just ok, but there are several very clever shots in the movie, especially the entire sequence when Laurie goes over the balcony, mirroring the original. In fact there were a lot of mirroring type shots like that, and some nice nods to stuff they are kind of wiping out, like kids...

They just did a clip show... still had some hilarious shit in there, and they did a good take on it, but seriously? Ok, nm...last couple minutes pretty much redeemed it lol

Gun is the gun BobaFett had in the SW Holiday Special in his first appearance. Thats pretty hot. Aside from that, best Mando is Sabine IMO so not sure if like.

Its even more kid oriented than Rebels was at the start. It was enjoyable but there's a lot of room for growth and development. edit : I don't see where this is going, where with Rebels I had a pretty okay idea from the first 2 or 3 episodes. I'm finding the animation style hard to get used to...

The best part of the movie was the completely separate "Into the Spiderverse" tag ending at the very end of the credits. A day later, I stand by my "fucking terrible" review.

my guess based on the photos is that her origin story will be woven into the film in a series of flashbacks. Seems like a no brainer. Hopefully she's just about full comic powered to take this thing to the next level.

That's pretty spot on. There is just something missing from every single episode. I can rewatch Futurama for the xth time and catch something new that makes it more awesome, but I have little interest in watching this again to try and find those nuggets. I don't think they exist.

It wasn't great, it wasn't terrible. Opening scene before the title card was the best part. So glad I have AMC A-list just for movies like this. No ragrets.

Movie was exactly what I thought it was going to be, and I enjoyed it very much. Story was very simple but hit home bigtime. There are quite a few nuances in it that I enjoyed trying to think out anyways, good movie, Ewan McGregor is fantastic as always.

Its not nearly as good as Futurama was at the start, the whole introduction of the main characters was clunky, but there are some pretty funny things in the first couple episodes. I'm on board.

2 stages behind, I just cant skip ahead I end up watching the entire stage. Just finishing stage 9 to Roubaix, total carnage. I love that there was a stage like this to start the second week. And after a rest day, I have a 13k elevation day to separate the wheat from the chaff. I love this sport.
