Another big problem with the quest markers is that it removes the need to actually write the quest information into the log. If you modded the quest markers out of the game most quests would be nearly impossible because the NPC speech elucidates everything about the quest but where the shit is.

Yeah it's hard to align the way he treats Tommen with the way he treats Cersei and Jaimie. Even the way he treats Tyrion, while understandable and consistent, is imbalanced. And I guess they're going full blown good king with Tommen and not silly kitten boy with him.
