You just need 496 ilvl to do it, but if the highest LFR you did was Mogushan Vaults/Klaxiva/Terrace of Eternal Spring, then you'll probably want to get some stuff from Timeless Isle (496 ilvl). If you supplement that with some ToT LFR (502 ilvl), you should be able to get in no prob.

Can you use the burdens on rings? Rings usually are the only random stat epic items that seem worth a damn usually, since even their raid counterparts don't have gem sockets/etc.
